We started The Grounds in a small garage with a secondhand roaster and an obsession with traceability. Every bean we source comes with a name, a farm, and a story — because we believe the people who grow coffee deserve to be known.
Today, we roast weekly in our open-kitchen roastery, host cupping sessions, and train baristas who care as much about extraction ratios as they do about the person on the other side of the counter.
